Internal Assessment Preliminary Results — Virtual Workshop
Keen Independent examined response patterns for different
demographic groups. Respondents who identified as
nonwhite provided lower than average ratings of agreement
with statements about feeling supported, perceptions of
fairness in City policies, benefits of future equity-focused
training and choosing to stay with the City if offered the
same pay and benefits elsewhere.
Similar patterns were noted for women, LGBTQ+
respondents and respondents who had been with the City for
seven or more years.
