Adoption: The Commission shall forward its recommendation regarding a proposed
amendment(s) to the City Council for adoption by Resolution. The action of the City
Council shall be binding upon the Commission and all City employees, with no further
action required. Any rule amended shall be provided to each member of the City
Council and the Commission, and shall be made available to City employees and
employee organizations.
